Cut the chicken thighs into bite size cubes, and slice the onion into wedges.

Put the Donburi No Tare and water into a sauce pan, boil, add (1), then reduce to low heat and simmer when ingredients are cooked.

Stir in the lightly beaten egg, cover and allow to stew for about 30 seconds. When the egg is cooked to your preference, place it on warm rice and serve.
