Boil chicken brest and tear it into lengths. Boil spinach, then chop it into 5cm lengths.


Mix Torigara Jitate Shioaji and hot water or broth in a bowl, place noodles in the bowl and garnish with (1), and other toppings, adding the finely sliced Japanese leeks on top.
